John Boyle Bell John was Chairman and CEO of the John Boyle Company for several decades, before he sold it recently to the Glen Raven Company. John Boyle & Company was founded in 1860 by John Boyle as a sail loft in Brooklyn, N.Y. With corporate offices in Statesville, NC, Boyle manufactured and distributed materials used for awnings, signage, tents, marine, military, geo textile and other outdoor and recreational applications. With more than 300,000 square feet of manufacturing, administration and distribution space, the Boyle facility offered extensive capabilities in knitting, coating and laminating. John is now retired, is the second largest investor in Innegrity and is spending his time investing in and assisting small technology companies.
Gerald Mauretti Mr. Mauretti began his career in the textile industry in 1965, having just received his bachelor degree from UMass Dartmouth. He worked at Quaker Fabrics, Leesona Corp., Jordan Chemical Co. and was president of Bacon Felt Company. Mr. Mauretti is founder and present CEO of EY Technologies, a specialty materials company located in the Fall River Industrial Park. He has international experience in the development, marketing and manufacturing of technical fiber based materials and yarns used for industrial products and composites. He is a business and community volunteer in education, economic and workforce development. Currently Chairman of the UMASS Dartmouth Foundation, vice-chair of the UMASS Advanced Technology and Manufacturing Center- Outside Advisory Board and also Chair of the Bristol Workforce Investment Board (WIB). In 2005, Mr. Mauretti was named the world president of the Textile Institute, a United Kingdom-based professional organization for the worldwide textile industry. Mr. Mauretti has been an NationalTextile Association Director since 1999.
E.L. Mont E. L. Mont has more than 15 years of comprehensive experience working with middle market and Fortune 500 companies including media, telecommunication, technology, consumer products and service-based businesses. Before joining The Capital Corporation, he was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan Securities andmost recently a CEO of a new media company. His entrepreneurial and professional deal-making gives E.L. a solid foundation and expertise for assisting middle-market business owners with their exit strategies, as well as obtaining optimum value for their companies. E. L. received his MBA from the University of California Haas School of Business at Berkeley, where he was a Haas Fellow. He holds undergraduate degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Northwestern University. E.L.speaks conversational Portuguese.
Everett Kliphouse Everett Kliphousehas over thirty years of experience in marketing, logistics, manufacturing, project and general management with the Swiss based Novartis group (formerly CIBA-Geigy). Kliphouse was GeneralManager of Ciba-Geigy’s Drakenfeld Colors business, a $30 mil. international supplier of inorganic pigments and glass decorating products. He moved to C-G’s Newport, DE facility in the midst of a troubled $20 mil. expansion. Kliphouse was VP Logistics, then Sr. VP Operations of CIBA Vision Corp. Kliphouse chaired a consortium of industry executives, high school principals, and technical institute presidents that was aimed at increasing the availability of technically competent employees in the North-Metro Atlanta area. He has a BS in Marketing and an MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University. |
